The Diamond Historic District is the old civic core of East Liverpool, close to the Museum of Ceramics and the river. Its surviving commercial buildings and public architecture show the wealth created by the pottery industry, even where the city now feels worn.
Treat it as a short walk rather than a museum district. The interest is in reading what the town used to be from what remains.
