Brick Kiln Park

Small park preserving a reminder of Nelsonville's brickmaking past.

Brick Kiln Park is a modest stop, but it explains something important about Nelsonville. Clay and brickmaking were once part of the local economy, and the surviving kiln gives that history a physical marker.

Do not make a special trip just for the park. Pair it with the square, the railway, or a bike ride, and it becomes a useful piece of the town's industrial story.
