A working arts school and gallery that has been operating since 1926, long before Gatlinburg became a tourist town. The on-site galleries show work by resident artists and visiting instructors, and the quality is a genuine step above the craft-shop fare on the main strip. The school runs weekend and week-long workshops if you want to do more than look.
