Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg shopping has plenty to offer everyone from the extreme shopping enthusiast to the traveler looking to bring home that one-of-a-kind souvenir. No matter your budget and what you're looking for, you're sure to enjoy shopping at at least one of these locations:
Pigeon Forge Outlet Malls
This is where the shopaholics head for incredible deals on hot name brands, even if they're usually just a little out of season. Casual shoppers, too, will find the outlet malls a nice place to relax and grab a bit to eat. The mall has mostly clothes stores, such as Dress Barn, Casual Corner, Hanes, Rue 21, Levi's and Maidenform. There are also stores that sell books, jewelry, housewares, music and more. Don't forget to stop by the Smoky Mountain Brewery outlet for more unique--and delicious--souvenirs. Prices are affordable for the most part and much cheaper than you'll find at a traditional mall. There are four main outlet mall locations, so there's no need to shop at the same complex twice!
Three Bears General Store
No one can visit the Smoky Mountains without making a stop at the Three Bears General Store in Pigeon Forge. Smoky Mountain souvenirs, from the cheesy to the beautiful, are sold in bulk here, as well as fresh and homemade fudge, candy, ice cream, popcorn and deli food. Arcade games can keep the kids entertained while you shop. You can also have your picture taken in an "old-time" sepia or black and white fashion. Perhaps most surprisingly, you and your children can view and feed actual black bears in a large habitat outside the shop for only $3 admission per person. Talk about an experience you can only get in the Smoky Mountains!
All Sauced Up
After having some Smoky Mountains cooking, you're sure to want to be able to bring the experience back home, but you'll never be able to get the sauce and spices just right. All Sauced Up in Gatlinburg has over 4000 different items, 1000 of which are just different varieties of hot sauces! If hot sauces aren't your thing, there are jams and jellies, peanut butters, salsas and salad dressings, too.
Gatlinburg Mountain Mall
If the traditional outdoor shopping mall experience is your thing, Gatlinburg Mountain Mall offers that and more. The entire mall is given a "mountain" theme, so that the architecture, ambiance and 30-foot tall indoor water fountain reminds you of how close you are to the gorgeous Smoky Mountains (and makes shopping so much more fun). Dozens of merchants sell everything from clothes to jewelry to souvenirs exclusive to the Smoky Mountains. Prices are generally moderate.
