Cattlemen's Steak House

The classic Stockyards steakhouse, in business since 1947 and still doing the obvious things well: hand-cut steaks aged on the premises, a calf-fries appetiser for the brave, and a wood-panelled dining room hung with longhorn skulls and historical photographs. Aimed at tourists but locals come too — the steak is reliably good and the prices are reasonable by big-city standards.
