The Sanpete County Courthouse at 160 North Main Street is a handsome Romanesque Revival building from the 1890s, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its red-brick facade and round-arched windows make it one of the more distinguished public buildings in central Utah.
The courthouse still functions as the seat of Sanpete County government. It is worth a look from the outside as part of a walk along Manti's historic Main Street, where several nineteenth-century commercial and residential buildings have been preserved.
