Neah Bay is at the western end of Washington State Route 112, roughly two hours west of Port Angeles by car. The road is scenic but slow, especially in bad weather.
Clallam Transit reaches Neah Bay from Forks, with connections possible from Port Angeles, but a car gives you far better access to Cape Flattery, Shi Shi Beach, and the smaller coastal stops.
