Green Bay is very much a car city. The Lambeau Field stadium complex is on the west side, about 3 miles from downtown, and most other attractions are similarly dispersed. The city has a public bus network (Green Bay Metro) but service is infrequent and not practical for most tourist purposes. Uber and Lyft operate. The downtown core and CityDeck area are walkable, but getting between downtown and the stadium or the railroad museum requires a car or a ride. On Packers game days, parking near the stadium is well organized and shuttle services run from various points around the city.
