Menominee Park is Oshkosh's easy lakefront pause. It stretches along Lake Winnebago with lawns, paths, picnic spots, a small seasonal zoo, and old-fashioned family amusements.
This is not a destination by itself, but it rounds out a day in town nicely. After museums or downtown, it gives you the water, the wind, and a sense of Oshkosh as a lake city rather than only an aviation name.
