Gruta da Bruxa is one of the caves that give Luminarias its rough-edged appeal. It is not a heavily interpreted show cave; it belongs to the same rural circuit of quartzite rock, dirt roads, waterfalls, and viewpoints that defines the area.
Bring a light and ask locally about access before setting out. The cave is best treated as part of a wider day in the hills rather than a quick urban stop.
