The Ojos del Salar are two round freshwater sinkholes set in the desert near the salt lagoons. After hours of white crust and brine, the dark circular pools feel almost theatrical.
They are usually visited with Laguna Cejar and Tebinquinche. The stop is brief, but it is worth it for the contrast: fresh water in one of the driest landscapes on earth.
