Laguna Miniques lies close to Miscanti and is usually visited on the same excursion. The water sits under the Miniques volcano in a spare landscape of rock, grass, and hard light.
It is not a place for elaborate activity. The pleasure is in standing still, breathing carefully, and letting the altitude and silence do their work.
