Mesa Tropera is a casual, popular pizza-and-pasta restaurant on the lakefront with a big deck looking directly out over the water to Osorno. The wood-fired pizzas are good (try the lamb-and-merken one), the pasta is more variable, and the beer list features the Tropera and Andes-region craft brewers.
The terrace fills up fast at sunset and on weekends. Bookings recommended for a window or terrace table; prices are moderate. Open from noon till late.
