IvagaTours sells the usual Baños spread, but its second website gives away where the real expertise is: four named canyons, each with a route description and a published price. Río Blanco at $30–35 is the short one people do on a whim. Cashaurco at $40–45 is the one worth doing. Chamanapamba, at $95–110, is a full day and a serious drop.
Publishing canyon-by-canyon prices is rare in Baños, where most agencies quote whatever the morning's group size suggests. It makes them easy to compare and hard to haggle with, which is probably the point.
They publish no street address — the booking happens by WhatsApp or by walking into whichever office on Ambato has their sign that month.
