Tena is not a culinary destination, but you will eat well enough. The set lunch (almuerzo) is the way to go — soup, a main course with rice and meat, juice, and sometimes dessert, all for two or three dollars. The restaurants around the Parque Central are the easiest option, but the market near the bus terminal serves the best value meals in town.
