SLAR is the sports and leisure association at Régina, sixty kilometres south of the Kaw landing on the Approuague, and it puts canoes on the river for visitors as well as for the village — from ten euros, which is as cheap as water gets here.
Régina is on the road to Saint-Georges, so this works as a stop rather than a destination.
