Things to Do in Tieni-Siabli

Tieni-Siabli is a place for walking and looking, not for organised activities. The cliff village of Tieni itself is the attraction: the way it clings to the rock face, the views from the cliff edge over the forested valley below, and the sense of having found somewhere that most foreign travellers have never seen. Bring your own food and water, as nothing is available for purchase in the village.

The area has hiking potential through the forested hillsides and into the valley below the cliff. No formal trails exist and a local guide is helpful for navigating the terrain and introducing you to people in the village. The region is part of central-western Ivory Coast's highland zone, with vegetation that is significantly greener than the coastal lowlands.
