The most theatrical of the medina's grand-house dinners — a multi-course set menu served in a converted riad with rooftop drinks, a candlelit central courtyard, and live gnaoua music. The food is competent rather than revelatory; you come for the setting. Bill Willis designed the interiors in the 1980s and they remain the standard against which other "atmosphere" restaurants in the medina are judged.
