Anse Réunion is the small beach closest to La Passe, a five-minute walk north of the ferry dock. It lacks the drama of Anse Source d'Argent's granite boulders, but it has calm water sheltered from the prevailing swell, a few trees for shade, and almost no crowds. It is the most accessible swimming spot on the island.
Early mornings here are particularly good — the light is soft, the water is still, and most visitors haven't yet arrived. It is also the best option if you are arriving on an afternoon ferry and want to swim before the light goes. A handful of guesthouses nearby mean it is easy to base yourself close to both the dock and the water.
