Praslin has its own airport with Air Seychelles flights from Mahé (15 minutes), several times daily. A ferry from Victoria on Mahé takes about two hours and runs twice a day; the Cat Cocos catamaran is faster at 45 minutes but less frequent. The ferry is the standard way to arrive with luggage and is reasonably comfortable in calm weather — the crossing can be rough during the trade winds.
From Praslin, ferries and boat taxis connect to La Digue (30 minutes), Curieuse (15 minutes), and other inner islands. The Praslin ferry jetty is at Baie Sainte Anne on the southeast coast.
