The Museum of Lefkara Lace and Silver (also known as the Patsalos House) occupies an old stone mansion in the centre of Pano Lefkara and documents both of the village's crafts in detail. The collection includes examples of Lefkaritika lacework from the 17th century to the present, showing how patterns have evolved (very little) and how the tools and techniques have remained constant. The silver section displays ecclesiastical pieces, jewellery, and household objects produced by Lefkaran craftsmen.
The house itself is worth seeing — it is built in the traditional Cypriot stone style with thick walls, vaulted ceilings, and carved decorative details. Visiting takes about 45 minutes and provides good context for understanding the lacemaking you will see throughout the village. The museum staff can often explain specific techniques.
