A short walk up the beach toward Baga — technically just over the line, but everyone heading north from Calangute ends up here at some point. Britto's has been doing the same things since 1965: chilli fry, sausage chouriço, prawn caldine, the inevitable fish curry rice, plus a long beer list and live music most evenings.
It's loud, it's busy, it's not subtle, and that's the point. Come for sunset, eat slowly, listen to the band murder a Bryan Adams song, watch the beach turn pink. It is one of the genuinely fun places to eat on this coast.
