Gandhidham Junction railway station (station code GIMB) is the main rail hub for the entire Kutch district, with direct trains to Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Delhi. The Bhuj–Gandhidham section of the Kutch Railway connects the district capital, and most visitors arrive this way. The bus stand on High Street has frequent services to Bhuj (roughly one hour) and regular connections to Ahmedabad and Rajkot.
The nearest airport is Bhuj Airport, about 60 km west. Kandla Airport, closer to the port town of Kandla, handles some cargo and occasional charter flights. Auto-rickshaws and taxis are readily available at both the railway station and bus stand.
