Manua Bhan Tekari is a hilltop Jain temple and viewpoint, reached by road or ropeway depending on conditions. Its main gift to travellers is perspective: Bhopal's lakes, neighbourhoods, and ridges spread out below.
The temple itself is peaceful, but the visit is as much about the climb and the air as the shrine. Late afternoon is the most rewarding time, provided you plan transport back before it gets too late.
