The nearest useful railway station is Lalitpur, about 40 km north. From there, continue by road.
Chanderi is best handled with a private car or taxi if you want to combine it with Orchha, Gwalior, or other Bundelkhand stops. Local transport exists, but it is slow and not ideal for a one-day visit.
