Chanderi's Jama Masjid is one of the main historic anchors in the old town. Its three domed bays, broad prayer hall, and location near Badal Mahal Gate make it part of the same compact circuit as the lanes, gates, and fort approaches.
Visit respectfully and avoid prayer times unless you are there to pray. The mosque works best as part of a slow walk through Chanderi's older quarters.
