Dervan Shivsrushti is a themed historical complex south of Chiplun, known for sculptural scenes connected with Chhatrapati Shivaji. It is not subtle, but it is popular with Maharashtrian families and fits the region's strong Maratha memory.
Visit if you have a car and are interested in local devotional history displays. It is less useful for travellers who only want natural scenery or old architecture.
