Duduma Waterfalls is a long outing from Koraput, but the scale makes it one of the district's big natural sights. The Machkund River drops through steep, forested country near the Odisha-Andhra border, with hydroelectric works and tribal-market villages in the wider area.
Do not treat it as a casual taxi hop. Start early, confirm road conditions, and combine it with other stops only if your driver has a realistic plan.
