Gedu Miar Maszid is Agartala's main mosque and an important place of worship for Tripura's Muslim community. It is not a long sightseeing stop, but its scale and local importance make it worth noting while exploring the centre of the city.
Come respectfully dressed and avoid prayer times if you only want to look around. The mosque is best paired with nearby Ujjayanta Palace and the Tripura Government Museum.
