October to March is the only really comfortable season. Winter mornings can be foggy, but the heat is manageable and walking around the older districts is possible.
April to June is brutally hot, with dry heat followed by oppressive humidity. The monsoon from July to September cools the city somewhat but brings waterlogging and heavy traffic delays.
