Talasari Beach lies southeast of Chandaneshwar, where the coast spreads into tidal flats, sandbars, and shallow channels. It is quieter and more open than Digha, with fishing boats, casuarina trees, and a broad horizon over the Bay of Bengal.
The beach changes with the tide, so ask locally before walking far out across the flats. It is best as a short coastal detour after the temple, especially around sunrise or late afternoon when the heat eases and the light catches the wet sand.
