Kampung Samin Klopoduwur is the most culturally distinctive stop around Blora. The Samin community traces its identity to Samin Surosentiko's resistance to Dutch colonial rule and to a set of teachings built around honesty, simplicity, and refusal of imposed authority.
This is not a spectacle. Visit with humility, expect a village rather than a staged attraction, and treat the stop as a way to understand why Blora's teak country has a social history as well as a landscape.
