Troso Village, south of Jepara on the road toward Semarang, is known for woven cloth. Workshops and showrooms along the main road sell ikat and other loom-made textiles, and some still let you see the work happening behind the shopfront.
It is not a staged craft village, so do not expect a tidy visitor circuit. Come with patience, ask before photographing people at work, and leave time to compare patterns rather than buying from the first doorway.
