Dadi Temple is a small Majapahit-era site south of Tulungagung. It is not a grand monument like the famous temples around Yogyakarta, but it gives the regency a historical layer beyond beaches and marble.
The attraction is partly the setting. The remains sit on higher ground, and the trip there makes a good short cultural stop before heading farther south toward the coast.
