Siak IV Bridge is not a place to linger for hours, but it is a useful landmark in a city whose geography is often hidden by traffic and heat. The bridge crosses the Siak River near the central market area and helps tie the northern and southern parts of Pekanbaru together.
Use it as a viewpoint or route rather than a destination by itself. It works best combined with Pasar Bawah, when the river, trade, and modern road city line up in one short stretch.
