A municipal cultural centre at the edge of Wadi Nisnas, run since 1963 to encourage Arab-Jewish dialogue through theatre, exhibitions, and education. The building hosts a gallery, an Arabic-Hebrew library, and a small theatre.
The Holiday of Holidays festival in December is the year's flagship event and the easiest moment to see the building at full pitch, with street art and food stalls covering the surrounding alleys.
