Haifa's main municipal beach, a long stretch of soft sand south of Bat Galim. Lifeguards in the high season, restaurants and bars along a promenade behind the beach, and an outdoor amphitheatre that hosts free Saturday-morning folk-dancing sessions that have been running since the 1970s.
Reachable by bus from the centre or by car with limited summer parking. The water is calmer than Bat Galim and the beach far more set up for families.
