The country's main hands-on science museum, in the original Bauhaus-style building of the Technion in Hadar HaCarmel. The building itself is significant — the Albert Einstein-laid cornerstone of Israel's first technical university — and the science centre inside is largely aimed at families.
Worth a stop if travelling with children or interested in the building. Closed Sundays; open Saturday for limited hours.
