A sidewalk cafe planted in the wide, tree-lined median of Rothschild Boulevard, one of Tel Aviv's most pleasant streets for sitting and watching the city go by. The coffee is good, the sandwiches and salads are decent, but the real draw is the location: shaded tables on the boulevard's pedestrian promenade, surrounded by Bauhaus-era buildings and a steady stream of dog walkers, joggers, and laptop workers. Nearby along the same strip you'll find Mitacht Laetz and a handful of similar spots if this one is full.
