Fruit Flower Park is a landscaped family park on Kobe's northern side, with flower beds, greenery, and seasonal displays. Spring is the showiest time, when large tulip plantings bring the grounds into bloom.
The park is best treated as an easygoing family or garden stop rather than a central Kobe must-see, but it adds a softer outdoor option beyond the port, Kitano, and Arima areas.
