Chiba Port Tower is the city's easiest skyline moment. The mirrored tower stands near the waterfront and gives broad views over the port, Tokyo Bay, and, on clear days, the far side of the bay.
It is best near sunset, when the industrial waterline and city lights do more for the view than the daytime haze.
