Nihonbashi Bridge

Nihonbashi Bridge is one of Tokyo's best-known historic bridges and the traditional point from which road distances to the capital are measured. The current stone and steel bridge dates from 1911.

The expressway above it hurts the view, but the bridge still makes a worthwhile short stop for anyone walking through Chuo and looking for traces of old Tokyo in the modern city.
