Akinomiya Museum is an informal collection of everyday historical objects: old records, comic books, toys, televisions, pachinko machines, and other bits of recent Japanese life. Explanations are limited, but much of the display is easy to understand visually.
It is a small, eccentric stop in the Akinomiya area, best paired with Yuzawa's hot springs and gorge scenery rather than visited as a stand-alone museum trip.
