Al Ba'sa

Al Ba'sa is Beirut's famously spiteful sliver of a building, put up in the 1950s to block another house's sea view. At barely more than a wall in places, it is a quick oddity rather than a major sight, but it says plenty about property, pride, and Beirut's layered streets.
