A sandy beach about ten kilometers from Malacca, set within a coconut palm grove. Good for swimming and canoeing. The Tanjong Keling Mosque is just north, notable for its octagonal minaret and tiled steps. About a kilometer away is the grave of Hang Tuah, the legendary Malay warrior whose story dominates Malay folklore.
