This renovated Buddhist monastery, surrounded by white walls, is one of the more attractive sights around Chinggis Khot. It gives the town a quieter spiritual landmark and a break from the practical rhythm of markets, roads, and provincial offices.
It is a simple stop, but worthwhile if you are overnighting here before continuing deeper into Khentii.
