Yunz Valley lies between the Passu and Batura glaciers, behind Zard Sar above Passu. The trail is marked by cairns and keeps to the right of the small lake below the Passu Glacier.
The walk is for hikers who want a quieter side trip from the better-known glacier viewpoints around Passu. Expect rough mountain terrain, big Karakoram views, and little in the way of facilities.
