The Loboc River flows through the interior of Bohol on the road between Tagbilaran and Carmen. The standard tourist activity is a floating restaurant cruise — a flat-bottomed boat with tables and a buffet lunch, drifting slowly through a canopy of bamboo and coconut palms with a local band playing traditional Filipino music. It's unabashedly touristy and genuinely pleasant.
The river is also good for kayaking — several operators near the town of Loboc rent kayaks and paddleboards for independent exploration of the quieter stretches away from the lunch boats. The hanging bridge over the river at Sevilla, just upstream, is a photogenic stop on the road north. The whole valley is lush and green even in the dry season, making a strong contrast with the brown hills further inland.
