Tonggo Point is one of the shore-access reef areas south of Panagsama where snorkellers often look for turtles. It is less famous than the sardine run, but it rounds out Moalboal's appeal: you can spend several days in the water without repeating the same patch of reef.
Treat it gently. Keep well clear of turtles, do not stand on coral, and ask locally about the safest entry point, as conditions change with tide and weather.
