White Beach, in Barangay Basdaku, is the place to go when you want sand rather than dive-shop shoreline. It is north of Panagsama and quieter in feel, with pale sand, swimming water, and a more spread-out set of resorts and day-use areas.
It is not untouched, and weekends can bring local crowds, but it fills an important gap in Moalboal. Panagsama gives you the reef wall; White Beach gives you the straightforward beach day.
